These terms cover wethestitches.com and custom work from We The Stitches L.L.C. in Lewes, Delaware — embroidery, laser engraving (enGRAYving), and 3D prints (EagleForge Prints). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
A quote is our estimate based on what you send us. It is not a contract until we confirm the job and you accept. Artwork, stitch count, placement, quantity, blanks, and rush timing can change the price. Delaware sales tax may apply.
You must have the right to use any logo, name, or art you send. If a proof is required, production starts after you approve it. Changes after approval may add time and cost.
We may ask for a deposit before we buy blanks or start a run. The balance is due as stated on the invoice. Turn times start after we have approval, payment (if required), and any blanks or files we are waiting on.
Most jobs are made to order. Custom pieces are generally not returnable unless we made an error against an approved proof. If we did, tell us promptly and we will make it right.
Named collections (including Philly Sports / City Remix) are original shop designs — city energy, not official team merchandise, unless a job is produced for a rights holder or licensed partner.
Photos and copy on this site are for showing our work. We may update prices, products, and pages at any time. Do not scrape, copy, or reuse our content or photos without permission.
