We The Stitches L.L.C. (“we,” “us”) is a small shop in Lewes, Delaware. This page covers the website at wethestitches.com and quotes, messages, and orders you send to us.
When you request a quote or contact us, you may give us your name, email, phone number, company, and project details (item, quantity, artwork, deadline). If you place an order we also keep what we need to produce and ship the job (address, payment status, design files).
The site may log basic technical data such as browser type and pages viewed, the same way most websites do.
We use that information to answer you, quote work, produce the order, and follow up on the job. That is it.
We do not sell or share phone numbers with third parties for marketing. We do not sell your email, name, or project details to list brokers or ad networks. We may text or call you about a quote or order you started with us.
Quote emails go to our shop inbox (info@wethestitches.com). Payment processors (such as PayPal) and shipping tools only get what they need to take payment or print a label. We do not sell customer lists.
We keep quote and order records as long as we need them for the job, taxes, and to reprint a design you already approved. Ask us to delete a record and we will, except where we have to keep it for tax or legal reasons.
